PGL CAYTHORPE COURT, LINCOLNSHIRE

CAYTHORPE COURT
O.k so Bow started year 6 this week which means s.a.t's in may and then leaving primary school. So beofre they settle down for their last year in primary school as they do every year the kids go on a pgl trip as most kid's call it "parent's get lost" just to see if they can get a reaction from them doesn't work though.
So on wednesday the day they went back Bow walked into school with her suitcase with a massive smile on her face and all her friends grinning from ear to ear.
The school was fantastic we got regular up dates with the activities they were doing and how they slept it was fantastic and i have to say made myself and other parents jealous.

On the 1st day there they left school at 11 and think they must've started activites near enough straight away these included Zip Wire, Vertical Challenge and Ambush, they had an early night apparently even though lights out was 10 Bow and 3 of her friends who were all sharing the room stopped talking about 11. All to prepare them for a full day off activities the next day.
On day 2 they had there breakfast then went off Kayaking where Bow decided to wear one her t-shirts she wears everyday she decided against the old one i put in a bag marked for Kayaking after this it was lunch then on to the afternoon activities which involved climbing then the big swing apparently the boys was expecting Bow to be to scared and not do climbing little did they know that she had actually been climbing before and used to do it as a sport and has climbed 70ft up on her very 1st attempt not bad considering she was only 7. Then it was a relaxing evening with a camp fire then bed apparently Bow and her friends went to sleep arounf 10:15 they must've been exhausted.
On day 3 this involved mainly morning activities as they came home this afternoon. Apparently the kid's slept like logs pardon the pun. For the 2 activities they did abseiling and trapeze then Bow's favorite hobbey shopping then home time.
BOW called the whole experience awesome and fantastic. The food was also fantastic. I didn't just take Bow's word for it i spoke to her many friends as they came off the bus and then spoke to some this evening. All the kid's came back exhausted but so happy but apparently 3 days wasn't enough she want's to go for a week. Problem being now Bow wanting to go on a family holiday there.
